Below are answers to the most common questions about tickets, camping, and festival policies for the WildFlowers Festival of Music & Dance 2026.

General Ticket Questions
When and where is the festival?
The WildFlowers Festival of Music & Dance takes place March 13–15, 2026 at WildFlowers Music Park in Melrose, Florida.
What ticket options are available?
We offer Day Passes, Weekend Passes, and an optional Camping Add-On.
Tickets & Pricing
Day Pass
Adults: $39
Teens: $19
Kids (12 & under): Free with adult ticket
Weekend Passes
Adults (18+): $99
Teens (13–17): $39
Kids (12 & under): Free with adult ticket
Camping Add-On
Flat Rate: $49 (+5% tourist tax) up to 4 nights
One camping pass is needed per adult (teens & kids camp for free with adult)
Campers may set up beginning Thursday, March 12 at 12 noon
All camping is primitive (no electric or RV hookups), potable water is available but not at individual sites.
Camping does not include festival admission and must be purchased in addition to a festival ticket.
Parking, Car & RV Passes
General Parking is free - for the day or the weekend.
Should you wish to camp next to your vehicle, vehicle camping will be allowed in the existing fields, and a $25 car pass is required.
Should you wish to bring an RV, camper or trailer, dry RV camping passes are $50. (Generators will only be allowed in a designated area and prohibited during quiet hours 10pm-8am)

How does entry work?
Tickets will be scanned at the gate and exchanged for a festival wristband.
Each ticket allows one scan only.
Unauthorized resale, duplication, or misuse of tickets will void the ticket. Only tickets purchased through official channels will be honored.
Can I leave and re-enter the festival?
Yes. Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband.
Are tickets refundable?
No. All ticket and camping sales are final.
Is the festival rain or shine?
Yes. The festival will take place rain or shine.
Children & Youth
Do kids need tickets?
Children 12 and under are free with a paying adult.
Do children need to be supervised?
Yes. Children must be supervised at all times, both in the festival grounds and campground.
Security & Conduct
Will there be security checks?
Yes. All entry is subject to search and security screening.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include:
Weapons of any kind
Fireworks
Illegal substances
Glass (reusable glass water bottles are ok, single use glass containers are not)
Can I be removed from the festival?
Yes. WildFlowers Music Park reserves the right to remove any patron for unsafe, unkind, or intoxicated behavior.
Camping FAQs
Is camping included with my festival ticket?
No. Camping is a separate add-on and does not include festival admission.
When does camping open and close?
Camping opens: March 12 at 12:00 PM
Camping closes: March 16 at 12:00 PM
What kind of camping is offered?
All camping is primitive. There are:
No electric hookups
No RV hookups
Potable water available onsite (not at individual campsites)
Camping sites are first-come, first-served.
Are vehicles or RVs allowed in the campground?
Vehicle or RV camping requires an additional pass. All RV and Vehicle camping will be located in the existing fields. It is tent camping only under the trees to protect the roots of our ancient Live Oaks. Unauthorized vehicle access beyond designated areas is prohibited.
Do I need a wristband to camp?
Yes. A valid festival camping wristband is required to access the campground.
How do I check in for camping?
Campers must check in at the ticket booth to receive a camping wristband and/or vehicle tag.
Do children need a camping pass?
No. Teens and kids camp free, but all adults who wish to camp must have a camping add-on.
Camping Rules & Quiet Hours
Are fires allowed?
We will have designated community campfire circles.
The park will provide all firewood and fire safety equipment.
We ask you do not build your own fires on the property.
Are generators allowed?
Generators are:
Not allowed during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) unless medically required
Only permitted in designated generator camping areas
What about trash?
All trash must be packed out or placed in designated trash or recycling bins.
Liability & Safety
Is WildFlowers responsible for lost or stolen items?
No. WildFlowers Music Park is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Is camping at my own risk?
Yes. Camping is at your own risk. Natural terrain, wildlife, and changing weather conditions may be present.
Do I have to follow staff instructions?
Yes. By entering the festival or campground, you agree to follow staff and safety instructions at all times.
Photography & Media
Will photos or videos be taken?
Yes. By entering the festival grounds, you consent to photography, videography, and use of your likeness in promotional materials.
Parking & Logistics
Are parking and camping rules enforced?
Yes. All parking and camping rules must be followed. Failure to do so may result in removal from the site.
Will directions and maps be provided?
Yes. Driving directions and parking maps will be emailed closer to the festival date.
