The Vision for the Inaugural WildFlowers Festival of Music & Dance

ree

The Inaugural WildFlowers Festival of Music & Dance set for March 13-15, 2026 is meant to be a grand community celebration – a homecoming, a family reunion, and a spiritual gathering all combined into one.

The 3-day event will consist of live music and dance performances, educational workshops including dance, music and art classes for all ages, a healing arts garden, an art gallery featuring the work of local artists, a shared food court, drum circle, campfire jams, and kids’ and teens’ activities.

Live Music

Live music and dance performances throughout the weekend will be a mixture of genres from Bluegrass and Folk to Jazz, Zydeco, Funk, Reggae and Rock n’ Roll.

We’ll feature local musicians and bands from right here in North Florida while also bringing in acts from far away to deliver a rich cultural experience.

Even if you aren’t chosen to be part of the official lineup, we will have a jam stage set up all weekend long, open to all, inviting everyone to jump on stage and show off their talents.

In addition, we will be selecting a few bands to host acoustic campfire jams.

Into percussion? Want to lead a drum circle or percussion workshop? Click the form above to let us know!

Dance

A giant dance tent will be a central feature of the festival, inviting guests to dance day and night. We will have dance workshops all weekend long, and dance instructors at large, so people of all ages can learn new moves and styles.

We will also have callers and be calling contra and square dances.

Dancers can sign up to be official dancers at performances during the festival to show off moves and help entice more attendees to hit the dance floor.

Healing Arts

We believe that music, dance and nature are healing all on their own, but we’re also wanting to use this space to connect healers with those who need it – from Reiki to Thai Massage, to Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Laughter Yoga, we intend to introduce new modalities for healing to all of our attendees.

Should you like to be one of our featured healing artists, please click here.

Educational Workshops & Talks

Education is a cornerstone of our intentions with the park, and during the festival, we want to showcase that. Beyond music, dance, and healing arts, we will be showcasing things like beekeeping and woodwork. We will be offering nature walks and talks, and teaching about wildlife, including native plants and animals. We will also offer art classes.

If you would like to teach a workshop, or have a skill to share, please apply to join our team of educators by clicking here https://secure.lglforms.com/form_engine/s/NYXYZpSknvOMzjAxKXzhcA

Art

The festival will house an art gallery where local artists can display and sell their work. Artists displaying their work will also be asked to host an art class or activity during the festival.

Kids’ & Teens’ Activities

We will have two separate areas set up, one for kids’ activities, and one for teens. The zones will include educational activities, hands-on crafts and sports, and plenty of fun things like hula hoops and bubbles.

Do you have an idea for a phenomenal kids or teens activity? Would you like to teach a class or perform for them?

Shoppes (food & craft vendors)

Do you have a unique handmade good? Would you like to be part of our festival village shoppes? We are looking for vendors with unique items that appeal to a broad market. For food vendors, we’re looking for those who are experienced working the festival scene.

Happiness Parade – 3pm on Sunday

Showcase what makes you happy – dress up as a flower, a fish, a tree – cover yourself in (biodegradable) glitter and sparkles – come solo or build a three-person costume or float - to be clear, this is a parade of people walking through the grounds, but small homemade vehicles or bikes would be permitted to lead the parade of people.

All are welcome to join the parade. No need to sign up, just look for the parade meeting totem pole that will be clearly marked within the festival grounds. Parade lineup starts at 2:45pm Sunday.

Camping

Primitive camping (RV, Vehicle & Tent) will be allowed onsite.

Guests who are camping will be invited to start setting up camp as early as 12 noon on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

All vehicle and RV camping will be in the existing fields as to not damage our ecosystems. Tent camping will be allowed under the trees, but you must walk your gear in to not disturb the roots of the ancient Live Oaks located throughout our property.

Campfires will be in designated campfire rings only. The park will provide the communal space and the firewood.

Camp Rangers will be present throughout the event to ensure safety and to make sure all internal roads and driving lanes stay clear.

Amplified Sound/Late-night Music

Our plan is to be deeply respectful of our neighbors and to stop all amplified music at 11pm on Friday and Saturday and by 10pm on Sunday.

However, that does not mean there will not be music and dance a little later into the night. We believe that music is medicine and that dancing is good for the soul. We will organize official campfire jams for this first year, to make sure music isn’t too loud - that it’s only acoustic jams, and that all fires are monitored. There may be the opportunity to set up a silent disco as well.
