Join the First Wildflowers Volunteer Teams!

Wildflowers Music Park is growing, and to be successful, we can’t do this without you.
The land is purchased, the vision is clear, and the very first volunteer teams are forming!
Whether your passion is working with your hands, supporting behind-the-scenes systems, or spreading the word out in the community, there’s a place for you here.
Volunteer teams will begin meeting in September.
Here are our first five teams:
💥 1. Land Crew Volunteer Team
Our Land Crew is the heartbeat of the property. They’re the ones picking up trash, dragging limbs, raking debris, mowing, and running tractors or other machinery and tools.
If you love being outdoors and don’t mind a little dirt under your fingernails, this is your team.
💥 2. Construction Crew Volunteer Team
If you’re handy with tools or just love building things, this team will tackle small buildings, fencing, posts, picnic tables, fire pits, and even dream projects like stages, dance tents, teepees, garden boxes, and outdoor kitchens.
Builders, makers, and DIYers—this one’s for you.
In addition, we’re seeking professional volunteers to help design the power and water supply systems, assist with construction planning, and guide the design and build of at least one stage and several small buildings.
💥 3. Admin & Tech Support Volunteer Team
Behind the scenes, we need folks who can quickly answer questions and troubleshoot. From CRM, QuickBooks, website, and data management tools, this crew makes sure our admin systems are running smoothly.
We’re also looking for professional volunteers to provide legal support—reviewing documents, contracts, and policies—to help keep everything aligned and protected as we grow.
And when it comes time for events, this team handles on-site support—think of it as a “tech sound check”—making sure vendors’ POS systems, internet connectivity, food trucks, and ticket booths are all up and running before showtime.
💥 4. Donor Volunteer Team
This is our fundraising family—helping us bring resources into the park. From our Adopt a Live Oak program to selling Founders Packages, finding event sponsors, and gathering in-kind donations, this team connects vision with community support.

💥 5. Ambassador/Street Team
These are our energy-bringers—the ones who spread the word both online and in person. Whether it’s social media, word-of-mouth marketing, or connecting with music lovers at live events, the Street Team helps Wildflowers bloom far and wide.
