Dear Neighbors,
On August 1, 2025, WildFlowers Music Park, Inc. purchased the 270-acre property at 4107 NE 255th Drive. We are a non-profit charity that bought the land using funds borrowed from family and friends plus substantial seller-financing.
We are restoring the land to serve as a public nature park and will be growing native wildflowers and grasses for their seeds.
Once per year, we will celebrate our mission, support one or more local charities, and make our mortgage payments by hosting a family-friendly festival of music and dance.
The below Neighborhood Workshop Notice is an opportunity for you to discuss our plans for the property with us on Saturday, October 18th, 2025.
The workshop purpose is for the WildFlowers board of directors and staff to inform neighboring property owners and the public, seek their comments, and respond to questions about plans for the nature park and festival in March 2026.
The agenda for the workshop will consist of several parts – you are welcome to attend some or all sessions.

In addition, every Saturday morning for the next couple of months, we will have a walking tour of WildFlowers Music Park (with a golf cart available for those who don’t wish to walk). We will describe our current and future land management activities, and discuss how the nature park, our agricultural pursuits, and the festival activities are being laid out. We’ll look at birds, bugs and botany. The land is beautiful, but requires a lot of work, most of which will be done by volunteers that you’re always welcome to join.
